Knee Procedures
ACL Reconstruction with Artificial Ligament
Minimally Invasive | High Strength
All-Inside ACL Reconstruction
After graft preparation, a retrograde drill is used to create matching (stepped) femoral and tibial bone tunnel; the graft is drawn into both bone tunnel from within the joint and secured on each side with suspensory cortical button fixation — enabling anatomic reconstruction, reduced tendon-harvest morbidity, and greater bone preservation.
Conventional ACL Reconstruction
After preparing the graft and creating the femoral and tibial bone tunnels, the femoral side uses a suture button suspension cortical fixation, and the tibial side uses interference screw cortical compression fixation; U-staples or PEEK knotless anchors can be used for reinforcement fixation.
PCL Reconstruction with Artificial Ligament
Minimally Invasive | High Strength
All-Inside PCL Reconstruction
After preparing the graft, drills and retrodrill are used to create stepped femoral and tibial bone tunnels; the prepared graft is pulled into both tunnels from within the joint cavity, with both sides fixed using suture button suspension cortical fixation, achieving precise anatomy, reduced tendon harvesting, and greater bone preservation.
Conventional PCL Reconstruction
After preparing the graft and creating the femoral and tibial bone tunnels, the femoral side uses a suture button suspension cortical fixation, and the tibial side is fixed with an interference screw (aperture fixation); a staple or PEEK knotless anchor may be added for backup fixation.
All-Inside Meniscal Repair Technique
The All-Inside technique uses a disposable meniscal repair device to puncture and deploy two T-shaped anchors at the tear site; tightening the connecting suture approximates the tear edges for an end-to-end repair.
Outside-In Meniscal Repair Technique
The outside-in meniscal repair technique is suitable for suturing the anterior horn of the meniscus; two long needle cannulas are used to puncture from outside into the joint cavity to create channels, the suture forms a closed loop through the channels, and is tied subcutaneously to close the tear.
Inside-Out Meniscal Repair Technique
The inside-out meniscal repair technique is suitable for suturing the meniscal body; a double-needle guide cannula assists guidance within the joint cavity, the suture ends are passed from the joint cavity to the outside using long guide needles, and tightened and knotted under the skin to close the tear.
Collateral Ligament Reinforcement
UHMWPE suture/tapes | Anchor/interference screw firm fixation | Minimally invasive with fast recovery
PRP Injection Repair
PRP injection repair extracts a certain amount of whole blood from the patient, concentrates the platelets through centrifugation, and re-injects them into the knee joint cavity. When activated, the concentrated platelets releases growth factors that support tissue healing and may aid cartilage repair.
Cartilage Restoration
Mosaicplasty technique | Cartilage transplant instrument system | Microfracture instrument kit
Medial Patellofemoral Ligament Reconstruction
Small-incision anatomic reconstruction | Dual fixation with anchor + interference screw | Restores patellar tracking
