Procedure Overview
The triangular fibrocartilage complex is an important group of structures on the ulnar side of the wrist, including the articular disc, meniscus homologue, volar and dorsal distal radioulnar ligaments, deep layer of the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon sheath, ulnar joint capsule, ulnolunate ligament, and ulnotriquetral ligament.
Anchors are used to repair the superficial and deep layers of the ulnar-side articular disc.
