Procedure Overview
After preparing the graft, drills and retrodrill are used to create stepped femoral and tibial bone tunnels; the prepared graft is pulled into both tunnels, with both sides fixed using suture button suspension cortical fixation, achieving precise anatomy, reduced tendon harvesting, and greater bone preservation.
