Management Structure

Ligatech Group has established an integrated ESG governance framework comprising the “Board of Directors—Cross-Functional ESG Working Group—External Experts.”

⊙ The Board of Directors, as the highest decision-making body, assumes overall responsibility for ESG strategy, risk oversight, and target achievement, ensuring that sustainability principles are embedded across all aspects of business operations.

⊙ The Cross-Functional ESG Working Group translates strategic priorities into concrete actions, coordinates day-to-day ESG matters, and drives the effective implementation of ESG initiatives.

⊙ The Group also engages external experts as appropriate to provide professional support in areas such as trend analysis and governance framework enhancement, continuously strengthening its ESG governance capabilities.

With clearly defined responsibilities and coordinated internal and external efforts, the three pillars form a closed-loop governance mechanism, demonstrating Ligatech Group’s strong commitment and practical capabilities in advancing sustainable development through sound governance.
