Procedure Overview
The inside-out repair technique is suitable for suturing the meniscal body; a double-needle guide cannula assists guidance within the joint cavity, the suture ends are passed from the joint cavity to the outside using long guide needles, and tightened and knotted under the skin to close the tear.
