Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design of new products and improvement of existing products in accordance with the design and development control procedure;

2. Responsible for design risk analysis and process risk management, preparing product risk analysis reports and product risk management reports;

3. Responsible for the structural design of medical device products and the preparation of corresponding documents;

4. Responsible for the preparation of design and development output documents, and complete product trial production, sample trial production, product performance pre-testing, and output of DMR files;

5. Assist in product realization planning and design transfer to ensure newly developed products can be smoothly converted into marketed products;

6. Assist the process team in product special process validation and re-validation; assist in determining key process technical parameters and participate in validation and re-validation;

Job Requirements

1. Mechanical or related majors, with a master's degree or above;

2. More than 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, familiar with the design and development process of Class III medical devices, able to independently prepare DMR and DHF files, with complete development project experience in Class II/III active devices or disposable consumables;

3. Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks and UG;

4. Good communication skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to solve problems independently.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide professional academic support in the medical fields related to company products; attend hospital and regional academic conferences, collecting and organizing current medical hot topics and development trends discussed at the conferences. Participate in various industry exhibitions, provide technical support, deliver accurate product presentations to visiting customers, correctly demonstrate company products, and build a strong brand image.

2. Responsible for training on medical knowledge, products, and equipment, implementing the training system, and promoting the building and maintenance of internal and external instructor teams as needed; regularly organize distributor meetings; provide medical technical support; assist in pre-sales technical support and hospital lectures;

3. Based on product characteristics, formulate clear and executable academic and medical promotion strategies from a medical support perspective; identify target customers based on the company's market strategy and build high-quality KOL relationships; formulate competitor strategic plans and promotion plans in a timely manner based on market feedback; regularly update market, sales, and product information, assist in completing marketing activities, and provide support for project improvement and market technical research of new projects. Be familiar with the configuration and functions of products at all levels and customize comprehensive and systematic solutions for customers based on hospital needs.

4. Track domestic and international academic materials related to company products, provide medical literature, assist clinical research projects, assist customers in formulating medical plans, and provide equipment operation technical training.

5. Responsible for product trials and necessary clinical surgery support before admission, organize follow-up records, collect clinical feedback, and assist the technical development department in proposing reasonable improvement suggestions based on customer needs to align product improvements with clinical advantages.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in clinical medicine or related majors;

2. More than 5 years of medical support or clinical work experience, with experience in orthopedics and sports medicine preferred;

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the implementation of company product publicity, including video production and content localization, ensuring accurate delivery of the company's image and core messages.

2. Responsible for the development and implementation of the annual campaign promotion plan, including the production and launch of promotional articles, evaluating promotion effectiveness, and continuously improving promotion methods.

3. Responsible for the design and production of promotional materials; the development and implementation of brand building plans (such as posters, brand exposure, and product displays).

4. Responsible for organizing promotional materials, writing copy, and creating content, and using various methods (posters, videos, articles, H5, etc.) to promote activities on the official account; complete graphic design, WeChat layout editing, and official account operations.

5. Plan and execute new media communication strategies to enhance the company's influence on social platforms and increase exposure.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in media, marketing, advertising, or related fields are preferred.

2. Familiar with the mainstream media environment, with certain creative thinking and execution ability.

3. Proficient in various video production and design software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

1.Investigate, analyze, and resolve quality issues arising during production.

2.Receive, investigate, analyze, evaluate, and handle adverse events.

3.Participate in product and quality improvement initiatives, coordinating with other departments to implement improvement plans.

4.Apply GB 9706 (IEC 60601) series standards to develop complete validation plans for active device projects.

5.Prepare validation documentation and technical files in support of product registration.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (or intermediate professional title) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Devices, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2.2+ years of quality management experience in the medical device industry, including experience with active devices.

3.Familiar with Chinese and EU medical device regulations and standards, such as ISO 13485, GMP, ISO 14971, GB 9706, and EU MDR; internal auditor certification required.

4.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage the release of active (powered) medical devices, verifying the accuracy and completeness of release records.

2.Support internal audits and participate in supplier audits; maintain the quality management system, monitor quality data and quality objectives, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for critical nonconformities identified during incoming and in-process inspection.

3.Identify root causes and drive issues through to resolution.

4.Lead validation activities for active devices, establish test methods, and prepare validation protocols and reports.

5.Select, qualify, and validate test equipment for new test items, issuing the associated protocols and reports.

6.Prepare SOPs for inspection equipment, coordinate cross-departmental actions, and keep documents updated.

7.Data collection and analysis:

·Track key quality characteristics of inspected products with real-time updates and quarterly trend analysis to enable preventive action;

·Follow up on the remediation of nonconformities and observations from internal and external audits, and keep progress records current.

8.Coordinate outsourced testing with third-party laboratories, track progress, and review test reports for both external and in-house products.

9.Organize rework inspection activities, issue rework inspection records to confirm conformance to release criteria, and contribute rework risk assessments with supporting inspection data.

10.Ensure the authenticity, completeness, and traceability of all inspection data and test records in compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements.

11.Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.

2.2–6 years of quality experience; familiar with medical device regulations and product standards, including ISO 13485 and related QMS/GMP requirements, as well as sterilization or electrical safety quality standards.

3.Proficient in quality analysis tools, with the ability to apply them flexibly to analyze and solve problems.

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead the design, development, and improvement of polymer-based orthopedic implant products, including prototype development, testing, and process development; prepare and maintain design documentation.

2.Drive R&D projects forward and resolve technical issues across the full product lifecycle.

3.Perform equipment IQ/OQ/PQ validation and lead the validation of key processes and special processes.

4.Establish product quality standards and conduct supplier capability evaluations.

5.Support the Regulatory Affairs team in product registration submissions.

6.Draft patent applications for new products and support IP filing activities.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Textile Engineering, Polymer Science/Materials, Medical Textiles, or a related field.

2.3+ years of experience in the medical device industry, including at least one complete product development cycle for an implantable or interventional device, serving as a core R&D member or project lead.

3.Solid knowledge of medical device regulations and design & development processes.

4.Familiar with injection molding principles, with the ability to independently resolve process issues during product development.

5.R&D experience in sports medicine products is preferred, with a strong understanding of their design characteristics.
