Procedure Overview
A burr is used to freshen the acetabulum at the labral insertion to promote healing of the repaired labrum. Based on the tear size, the anchor position is initially determined.
A drill hole is made at the original labral attachment, a suture-loaded anchor is implanted, and the labrum is sutured and fixed.
