Procedure Overview
The All-Inside technique uses a disposable meniscal repair device to puncture and deploy two T-shaped anchors at the tear site; tightening the connecting suture approximates the tear edges for an end-to-end repair.
Operation Process

Use meniscus probe to confirm depth

Cut the depth limitation tube according to the measured depth

Adjust the depth limitation tube according to the measured depth

Slotted cannula open shall be 90° to the hollow needlePay attention to keep inserter tip downward

Puncture, trigger, release T1

Press lock button, release T2Remind: Ensure T1 have been released fixed completely before press lock button

Knot push, cut suture, complete repair
