summary
The out-inside is indicated for anterior horn meniscus closure, where two long syringes are used to make a puncture from outside the body into the joint cavity to create a channel through which the suture is passed to form a closed-loop structure that is tightened and knotted subcutaneously, thereby closing the tear.
