summary
After glenohumeral dislocation, the glenoid labrum and attached ligaments are dissected superiorly from the glenoid. Anchors are implanted in the glenoid rim of the joint, and sutures are tied and sutured through the glenoid labrum to complete glenoid reattachment and improve maintenance of glenohumeral joint stability.
